A fantastic opportunity has arisen for two Site Managers to join our team at Daubeney Academy and Springfield Primary School to oversee the maintenance, security and effective operation of the school buildings, facilities, site services and lettings programmes. We are looking for dedicated, organised, adaptable and responsive individuals to join the team to provide a high quality, customer focused site agent service to the Academies, visitors and students.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, unlocking/locking the Academy sites, assisting in the set up of events, including undertaking traffic management, ensuring the cleanliness of all areas across the Academies are maintained, portering of various items such as paper, furniture, waste/rubbish and parcels/packages, crossing supervision when cover is required, along with reporting any maintenance needs for machines, vehicles or school property.
If you feel you have the right mix of excellent customer service skills, a good understanding of Health & Safety practices, is competent in basic DIY, and has the ability to mitigate and eliminate risk, then we would welcome an application from you.
You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels as well as being a great team player. You must have a flexible approach to working hours, high standards and a positive attitude.
